Garlic Butter Steak Bites |

Mince the garlic, then put it in a bowl and add 0.25 tsp. freshly-ground black pepper.
Chop the parsley and put it in another bowl.
Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and season them with the kosher salt.
Melt the unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium high-heat. Add the steak cubes and sear until browned, flipping them halfway through, 5-6 minutes total.
Add the garlic and pepper and cook for 1 minute more.
Plate the steak cubes and pour the garlic butter over them, then sprinkle with the parsley.
Great with mash, rice, bread, or noodles and a green salad.
