Garlic Chicken Livers

Roast a head of garlic, and squeeze out the goodness.

Heat a dry skillet over medium heat.

Stir the livers about in the hot skillet until cooked through, 3–5 minutes.

Add the olive oil, lemon juice, roasted garlic, and salt to the livers and stir gently until mixed.

Remove the skillet from the heat and dish out the livers over rice in 2 serving bowls.
