Crispy Garlic Thighs

Pre-heat your oven to 450F.

Mix the spices together and rub a little under the skin of the chicken.

Add the oil to the remaining spice mixture, drop in the thighs, and turn them to coat well. Let this sit at room temperature for 45 minutes or all day in the fridge, turning the thighs occasionally.

Place the thighs on a foil-covered baking tray and roast for 40-45 minutes.

You can use wings instead of thighs, just reduce the roasting time to 30 minutes.
