Ono Chicken Wings |

Cut the wings into 3 pieces and put the tips in the freezer for making stock later.
Put all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Submerge the chicken in the marinade and refrigerate overnight.
Come cooking time, drain the chicken pieces and reserve the marinade in a jug.
Heat a large skillet on medium, add a little vegetable oil, and brown the wings on all sides.
When the wings have browned, pour in a half a cup of the marinade, put a lid on the skillet, and let the wings simmer gently for 15–20 minutes.
Serve, sprinkling with the sesame seeds, with a salad on the side.
