Apple Sauce

This goes really well with pork, whether a roast or chops.

Put the apples and water in a saucepan, cover it and bring to the boil.

Boil over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes (or 1 minute in your pressure cooker and let it cool all the way down before opening).

Stir in the sugar and cook until it dissolves, then add cinnamon or nutmeg.

This'll keep for a couple of weeks in a jar in the fridge. You can use it warm or cold, as you please.
