Season the salmon on both sides with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil and butter, then add the salmon and cook it until the bottom is golden, 5 minutes, then flip it over.
Add the garlic, lemon juice, honey, and red pepper flakes and cook until the salmon is cooked through, another 5 minutes, spooning the sauce over the salmon as it cooks.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
