Baked Trout

Pre-heat your oven to 350F.

Grease a small baking dish and lay the fish out flat in a single layer, skin-side down.

Combine the sour cream, cheese, lemon juice, onion and salt, and spread it over the fish.

Sprinkle the fish with paprika and bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20–25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
