Air-Fried Skirt Steak |

In a hurry, no time to marinade, want steak!
Pre-heat your air-fryer for 3–5 minutes to 400°F.
Mix the spices together on a plate and stir in the olive oil.
Cut the skirt steak into lengths that will fit in your air-fryer and put them on the plate, pressing them down and turning them over so your rub penetrates a bit.
Put the pieces in your pre-heated air-fryer and cook them for no more than 4–5 minutes, flipping them at the half-way mark.
Remove the beef to a cutting board and cover it with foil for 5 minutes, then slice it across the grain.
You can serve this any way you fancy—wrapped in tortillas, with a salad, or any otherhow you like.
