The absolute easiest garlic mayonnaise in the world takes two minutes to throw the ingredients together and ten seconds to combine. All you need is one of those handy little stick blenders.
Bring everything to room temperature before blending, or it won't.
Place everything in a tall cup or jar that's just wider than the stick blender. Sink the blender to the bottom of the cup and turn it on. Draw it slowly upwards through the ingredients. Voilą.
Taste and add more lemon juice or salt, if needed. Transfer it to a serving bowl, then put it in the fridge.
