Husk and rinse the tomatillos and remove the stem and seeds from the jalapeņo.
Place the onion in the food processor and pulse until it's quite small, but not quite minced yet.
Add the tomatillos, jalapeņo, and garlic into the food processor and process until pureed, but still a little chunky.
Now add the cilantro, lime juice, and salt to the food processor and pulse until it's blended. Enjoy!
