Pre-heat your oven to 400F.
Grease a casserole dish with olive oil or butter.
Season your fish with the salt and pepper and apply a generous amount of olive oil to the top side or just top it with a pat of butter.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes. About halfway through you should baste with butter or olive oil.
