Pre-heat your oven to 350F.
Grease a small baking dish and lay the fish out flat in a single layer, skin-side down.
Combine the sour cream, cheese, lemon juice, onion and salt, and spread it over the fish.
Sprinkle the fish with paprika and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20–25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
