Scalloped Potatoes |

Pre-heat your oven to 350F.
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes, then place them in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain.
Grease a casserole dish with a little butter and layer the potatoes, flour, and onions in 3 layers, dotting each layer with little bits of butter as you go.
Heat the half and half with the mustard and paprika and pour it over the potatoes.
Bake in your pre-heated oven for 35 minutes.
