Pre-heat your oven to 450F and line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Drizzle this with a little oil (your choice).
Heat your meat with your refried beans and finish with a little fresh lime juice.
Lay a couple of tablespoons of refried beans and meat across a tortilla and top this with grated cheese.
Fold up the bottom edge, then fold in the sides, and roll the whole thing over the top and place it, seam-side down, on your baking tray.
If you're living on the edge, you can deepfry them; if you're mostly conscious, you can pan-fry them in a little olive oil until they're golden on both sides; if you want to bake them instead of frying them, you want to brush them with a little olive oil and give them 8 minutes seam-side down in your 450°F oven, flip them, and give them another 3 minutes.
Serve with slices of avocado, salsa, and sour cream.
