Shrimp Tacos Street-Style |

Fry the tortillas until they're as crisp as you want them, then keep them warm.
Heat a little oil in a skillet and sauté the shrimp for 2 minutes a side, adding the taco seasoning as you flip the shrimp. Squeeze the lime juice over at the end.
Plate the tortillas in stacks of two, topped with 3 shrimp each. Let people add their own salsa, pico de gallo, sour cream, diced raw onion, and fresh cilantro.
